The new year is in full swing and experts in the Real Estate industry are predicting that there will be a huge shift this year in the types of listings that we see on the Multiple Listing Service. Currently, the majority of listings are REO properties (Real Estate Owned properties are homes that have gone back to the bank and are being sold through the bank's asset management departments).
